Head gears and Steps

Hello people,
This piece seems to want to be all silver.


I filled up the center top circle with a bunch of gears.


Then I made steps for the circle elements on the sides. One side will go down then up, and the other will go up then down. Maybe a sort of 'breathing' effect?




I am cutting out the rings serrated and adding triangle teeth standing up at 45deg angle. I'm trying it out for a fit and hoping for some good shadow effects.
