Hello all,
I have gone back to work on my latest piece, but haven't done enough for pictures yet. But in the mean while -
here are some photos from the FolkFest in Atlanta last week.
These are some shots of the Rising Fawn Folk Art booth at the show.
Bessie Harvey's large work made a nice centerpiece on the table amid collectible pottery.
Herbert Badgett's Family Tree was an eyecatcher in the corner. 'Superfluous' and 'Pleroma' are on the back wall.
All finished and ready to work. 'Sorceror's Industrial Abomination', Festive Circle Carnival' and 'Family of Circles Having Fun . . ' are behind us. The wood carving beside us is Sun Ford Thomas by Jimmy Hedges and is made from one solid chunk of cedar.
More from the show tomorrow
Peace and Love
